The 2011 census numbers indicate 46,936 residents in Pflugerville, a 187% increase since the 2000 census. The numbers indicate trends for Pflugerville. Pflugerville's occupancy rate went from 98% to 96.2% indicating a vacancy rate increase from 2% to 4%. The recent Greenridge annexation numbers are not in the census calculation.
