IT'S HERE!....a new way to pay your utility bill!  The City of Pflugerville has implemented an automated telephone bill payment service. You will be able to pay your bill by Visa, MasterCard or Debit card by calling this toll free number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  1-866-815-2975! 

Payments are processed and posted to the utility accounts the next business day. There is a convenience fee for this service. The charge is $3.95 per $150.00 in charges.
