GIS can integrate and relate any data with a spatial component, regardless of the source of the data. The Library does not charge fines however if an item is overdue for 10 or more days the account is blocked until the item is returned. Once returned, your privileges are restored!

Customers are responsible for the timely return of all materials on their accounts.
When an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, the customer is charged the full retail price of the item plus a $10.00 processing fee.* The Library will not accept replacement copies in lieu of lost or damaged items. * Damage to Library materials should immediately be reported to the library staff. Repairs are to be made by library staff only. Customer repairs may necessitate replacement of items with costs charged to the customer.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees can be made in the following ways: * In person at the Pflugerville Public Library, 1008 W. Pfluger St., Pflugerville, TX 78660 * By check or money order mailed to Pflugerville Public Library, 1008 W. Pfluger St., Pflugerville, TX 78660 * Or by credit card. Customers must come in person to the library for forms to be filled out and taken to the city Finance Dept. Hours of operation for the Finance Dept. are M-F, 8am-5pm.
To apply for a TexShare card at Pflugerville Public Library :
* You must have been a Pflugerville Public Library cardholder for a minimum of 3 months.* You must have a consistent checkout history with Pflugerville Public Library .* Patrons who have items overdue for more than 10 days or owe for lost or damaged items are not eligible for TexShare services until any overdue materials have been returned by them, sufficient payments are made to reduce the overdue balance to less than $5, and after a period of good standing not to exceed 3 months.
Fill out an ILL request online and staff will do a search and borrow the material if it is available. Materials may be requested from libraries nationwide. You then check out the item from PPL and return it here. ILL takes 10 days to 2 weeks.
Note: The library will create an account for your in OCLC Texas Navigator (NRE) in order to borrow the item. Interlibrary loans are recorded through NRE, which tracks requests, receipt, and return of interlibrary loan items.
There is a limit of 5 InterLibrary Loan items out per patron at a time. There is no cost for InterLibrary Loan unless the fees are $5 or greater.
Note: Minors cannot request Interlibrary Loan materials unless accompanied by their legal guardian.

No public parking: There are no designated public parking lots at Lake Pflugerville before or during the event. (Exceptions: handicap vehicles, vendors, hired musicians, staff, volunteers)
Shuttle Buses: run from Hendrickson High School only, starting at Noon on Monday, July 4, 2016.
Shuttle Drop-Off: will be to the North Shore only from Noon to 4 p.m., then to both shores from 4 - 11 p.m.
Bus Before Fireworks Start: The last bus before the fireworks leaves HHS at 8:15 p.m., and will resume the route at 9:30 p.m.
The Final Bus: leaves Lake Pflugerville at 11:30 p.m.
Handicap Vehicle Parking: is allowed in the paved south shore and north shore lots, only with vehicle placard displayed. Handicap shuttle buses will run from Hendrickson High School to and from the lake.
Bus riders may bring: blankets, folding chairs, backpacks, canopies, small coolers or other personal items onto the bus. Note that any items you bring will have to be carried from the bus to your chosen spot at the lake. Pack wisely!
Grills: While small propane grills are allowed, they are discouraged as the event offers many food options from vendors. The propane container can be no larger than an 8-ounce bottle. No wood, charcoal or gasoline cook stoves are allowed (except at vendor booths).
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the bus or on site. Those bringing a pet will be turned away and have to leave the site to take the animal home.
(Note: There is limited, paid parking sold by private land owners in the nearby area. Expect to walk a long distance to the lake from those lots. Limited directional exit access after the fireworks show, controlled by police officers.)
The last bus before fireworks: runs from the high school at 8:15 p.m. to get to the lake for the fireworks show. Route travel resumes after the fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
Bus Route: from Hendrickson High School to and from Lake Pflugerville. Guests may board a bus at either shore to return to HHS.
Live Music After Fireworks: Guests have the option to stay and enjoy live music on the South Shore from 9:45 - 10:45 p.m. before leaving after the lake, or catch a bus right after the show is finished.
The Last Bus: leaves Lake Pflugerville at 11:30 p.m. on Monday, July 4, for the return run to Hendrickson High School parking lots.
Handicap Shuttle Buses: will run the same schedule, or as needed. Exception: Designated onsite handicap parking is both the paved lots on the South Shore and North Shore at Lake Pflugerville.
Volunteers: may take the shuttle buses to get to the lake to work their shifts. Or if you have been issued a vehicle parking hang tag for the water treatment plant lot, you will be admitted there.

Please don't bring the family pet, but leave Pfido at home! Sadly, those bringing pets to the lake will be turned away. The city's Animal Shelter trailer will not be on site in 2016.

You may circulate a petition either supporting or opposing a proposal which will be given to the Commission or City Council. There are not a set number of signatures that must be collected on a petition to disapprove a proposed rezoning or other request. A petition will not automatically disapprove a request no matter how many signatures appear on it. The City Council is the final authority on all such decisions. Petitions are used to inform the commission or council of the magnitude of the support or opposition to a request.

NOTE: Regulatory signs such as "STOP" or speed limits and others require an engineering warrant study and/or ordinance. State law will not allow the use of stop signs to control speed.

To report a problem contact the Public Works Department at 512-990-6400. Residents are urged not to use the drainage systems for disposal of leaves, grass clippings or any other debris as that will impede the flow of water into the underground system and could cause flooding and make the maintenance of the area more difficult. Dumping of debris, trash or other items will be referred to the code enforcement officer. Littering is punishable by a fine. In the event of flooding due to a blockage of the storm drain system, residents are encouraged to contact the Streets Division from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM at (512) 990-6400 Monday through Friday.

Sidewalks that are considered dangerous to pedestrians will be temporarily repaired as soon as possible; the sidewalk will be inspected, prioritized according to the hazardous condition and placed on the Sidewalk Replacement List. According to the priority given that request, the repair will be made as the Street Division's budget and schedule allows. Please be advised that the property owners are responsible for maintaining sidewalks leading to their homes and businesses.
